Feedback or complaints
We are always keen to hear feedback from our patients either in person to our practice manager, Kâren Goldie, or by post or email. We also have a suggestion box in the waiting room for any comments you may have. We hope that you are happy with the service we provide and always endeavour to make every visit as convenient and comfortable as we can. We take all complaints very seriously, should one arise, please contact our practice manager who can inform you of our complaints procedure and provide a copy explaining the process.
